Upscale Casual Dining Experience Awaits
Last week, I was treated to a sneak peek menu preview of the NEWEST Cooperβs Hawk Winery & Restaurants. I βhands downβ probably tried the best crispy brussel sprouts. The ambience was an elegant and sophisticated new structure, everything was fresh!
Every dish is made fresh from a creative scratch kitchen incorporating in-season ingredients. Known for their extensive portfolio, they have added 9 new awards for their best ever placement in the International Wine Competition. Congrats to the winemaking team.
For starters, The chef personally recommend, I enjoy both the Crispy Brussel Sprouts and the Classic Tomato Bruschetta. Both were so rich in flavor and such colorful presentations.
For entree, I choose the Trio of Medallions Steak made with parmesan-crusted filet medallions. So juicy, the parm to steak ratio was perfect!! Highly recommend this baby. For chicken on the menu, the chef recommended the elegant Cooperβs Hawk Chicken Giardiniera. Very popular and pretty.
My solo dining experience was much needed, but itβs also perfect for a fabulous lunch, date night or simply to make the best first impression for your girls.
