Crispy Pork Ribs $13

Hoisin BBQ Glazed Pork Ribs topped with crushed cashews, cilantro, scallions, sesame seeds.

Every trip to Oak, I just have to grab these extra crispy and tasty ribs. Their probably my favorite item on the menu to be honest with you. I highly recommend the rips for starts. You will not be disappointed!

For The Entree

I ordered up the Prime Flat Iron Steak-Frites at $35!

A tender prime 8 oz flat iron steak cooked to perfection, braised shallot tarragon butter, house-cut fries, oak-fired butternut & cauliflower gratin, apricot rosemary ketchup. Honestly, this plate is quite flavorful. The steak was juicy and seasoned well. Cooked perfectly. If you’re looking for new sauces, seasoning, and different ways for date night entertainment – I recommend getting the Prime Flat Iron for sure.

Handheld items are becoming quite popular in more restaurant menus in the phoenix valley!

The Oak Jalapeno Burger for $18 was worth every bite. It was juicy, flavorful and tasty. Caramelized red onions, bacon, pepper jack cheese, tomatoes, shredded iceberg, fresh jalapenos slices make all the difference, and creole BBQ sauce.

OAK-Fired 12′ PIZZAS

The Oak on Camelback is known for their amazing steaks, but this Jalapeno Chicken was definitely pleasing. The grilled chicken aimed to perfection! Chedder cheese, jalapeno cream cheese, cilantro, chipotle aioli, cotija. If you’re looking to share items for date night – try the Oak-Fired Pizzas.
