
The Navajo Nation 2026 Hardship/Relief payout is not yet issued payments. As of early 2026, the Nation is building the program, identifying $5.6M+ in ARPA funds, and preparing an application system scheduled to open by June 1, 2026. - Executive Order 01โ2026 (signed Jan. 13, 2026) directs Navajo Nation offices to launch a 2026 Hardship Assistance Program using remaining ARPA COVIDโrelief funds.
- The Office of the Controller has identified more than $5.6 million in remaining ARPA Fiscal Recovery Funds for the program, with more funds still under review.
- A full implementation plan is required by March 1, 2026, including eligibility rules and payout structure.
- The application system must be operational by June 1, 2026, when eligible Dinรฉ citizens can begin applying.
- Payment amounts have NOT been announced yet. Officials will release them publicly before the June launch.
