- 6 cups Sliced Fresh Strawberries
- 1/2 cup powder sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 box of Betty Cracker Yellow Moist Cake Mix
- 1 Can Sugar Free Extra Whipping Heavy Cream
- Toppings: 12 Whole Strawberries
- 1 cup halve cut strawberries
- You will need 3 Eggs, Water and Vegetable Oil for the cake.
How To Make:
Step 1: Rinse & Cut your Strawberries up.
With the strawberries you want 3 different assortment. 6 cups sliced up strawberries, 1 cup halve cut strawberries for the toppings and 12 whole strawberries. Oh! Don’t mind my Root Beer! lol…
Step 2: Make your Cake
Make cake according to package directions for a 9×13 baking dish.
Step 3: Cut your Cake
Cut Cake into small circles or square shape. Cut them so they fit in to the cups you’ll be serving in.
Step 4: Make your Strawberry Glaze
With the 6 cups of fresh strawberries you will mash in a medium size bowl. Add 1/2 cup powder sugar and 1 tablespoon water to strawberries. The smell at this point is AMAZING!!!!!
” Mash… Mash and Mash until you get a glaze like texture. “
Step 5: Putting Parfaits together
In a serving cup of your choice. Lay down a round or square shape yellow moist cake, next add a good amount of glaze mixture on top of the cake, then add a layer of Sugar Free Whip Cream. Assemble Parfaits in this manner two times each.
For the Topping and A Classy Garish add your Halve strawberries and whole strawberries for a fancy and classic look!!!
